The “Residencia El Berganti”

The Residencia has twenty rooms with 2 beds and one room with 1 bed; all of them have a shower / toilet and balcony (a third bed can be provided in some rooms). The ground floor has a large dining room / lounge which is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the fall and winter. All of the rooms have electric heat. The large rooftop terrace is suitable for sunbathing, barbecues, and evening gatherings.
The highly-praised cuisine is prepared by a Spanish couple.

Our hotel is not open to conventional tourism since we operate the facility as a non-profit operation. Therefore we normally only host groups and no individual guests. Exceptions are possible upon request.
 

Prices and services:

We only offer full board. Our favourable group rates are based on two persons per room and three meals a day. Single rooms are available at a higher rate.
The rates for 2007 are € 21.50 per person in a double room, including full board. Children receive graduated discounts up to a certain age. We would be happy to inform you about our prices directly. Simply request a current quote from us.

Getting there:

There are various ways to travel:

- By bus (for group trips)
During the summer months, we can offer a very competitive bus transfer to Rosas with our commuter bus service. The current price for the trip in the air-conditioned coach is EUR 4,500 (return). We are also happy to arrange hotels for overnight stays during the trip here and back (e.g. in Lyon, Geneva, or Avignon).

- By Plane
The airline prices have also come down. So-called “discount airlines” such as RyanAir fly to Girona (approx. 65 km from Rosas).


- By car
In Germany on the A 5 heading south
- Border crossing Germany – France at “Mühlhausen”
- Stay on the highway, head towards “Lyon”
- From Lyon, stay on the highway towards “Marseille”
- The highway splits at “Orange”, continue on towards “Narbonne/Barcelona”
- Border crossing to Spain at “Le Boulu”
- Stay on the highway until you reach the “Figueras Nord” exit
- Continue to Rosas
- Follow the beachfront road through Rosas
- Continue until you reach downtown (the beach will be to your right)
- Turn left onto the 1st street after the hotel, “Canyelles Platya” (by the tower)
- 2nd street, also on your left
- 50 m and you are here!
